Charles F. (Chuck) Crider, MAI, is a 1980 graduate of The Citadel and holds a Masters Degree in Real Estate and Urban Analysis from the University of Florida. Chuck’s primary focus is commercial valuations for loan processing and litigation valuations. He has been qualified as an expert in federal, state and local courts and is certified in SC, NC, TN, GA,and VA.

Service with the Appraisal Institute includes past positions on the BOD, Education Committee, Instructor Subcommittee and Chapter offices.

Chuck has been an instructor, writer, and presenter of appraisal education for 25 years.

Tracy Jennings Bouye, MAI has been a commercial appraiser with our company since 1997 and became a supervisor and partner in 2008. She is a certified real estate instructor and is licensed in North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia & Virginia. She graduated magna cum laude from the University of South Carolina Upstate with a Bachelor of Arts degree and she holds an Associate Degree in Civil Engineering. She has been qualified as an expert witness in court and is currently on the approved appraiser list for banks and government agencies in four states. Tracy is a two-year recipient of the USC President’s Award and lifetime member of the Phi Kappa Phi and Gamma Beta Phi Honor Societies. Matthew Crider, MAI, SRA is a 2004 graduate of University of North Carolina at Wilmington with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management degree. Matt is a dual designated member of the Appraisal Institute and specializes in appraising industrial buildings, office warehouses, multi-tenant retail, single-unit dwellings, multi-unit dwellings, DCF analysis, and eminent domain projects. Matt also manages the residential department of Crider & Associates, overseeing client relationships and quality control. Matt is also a licensed real estate salesman in South Carolina. Eric Goodwin, MAI is a Certified General Appraiser in South Carolina and Virginia. He is a graduate of Clemson University with a BS degree in Construction Management and became a partner with the firm in 2014. As a member of the commercial department he has appraised a wide variety of commercial properties including, but not limited to, multi-family, conventional and medical office buildings, office-warehouses, heavy industrial and he also has extensive experience with eminent domain and condemnation appraisals. He serves as a utility commissioner for the City of Easley’s Combined Utility System. Eric was a participant in the Appraisal Institute’s Leadership Development and Advisory Council (LDAC) in 2013. Chris Brown is Director of I.T. at Crider, Bouye, & Goodwin, LLC and is capable of troubleshooting any area involving computers, electronics, and machinery. Chris has an associates degree in Computer Technology concentrating on network technologies from Greenville Technical College.[encode_email email=”adminassistant@criderappraisals.com”]

Carey Starbuck is a graduate of Stetson University in DeLand, Florida. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. After working for five years in the commercial banking industry as an analyst and cash management specialist, Carey decided to concentrate on her interests in commercial real estate by pursuing a Certified General appraisal license. Her experience includes the appraisal of a wide range of commercial use properties including, but not limited to, retail, office, land, industrial, multifamily, etc. In addition, Carey specializes in Rent Comparability Studies for income restricted properties. She has considerable experience in eminent domain and condemnation appraising and has been qualified numerous times as an expert witness in court cases. She began her appraisal career in 1999. Les Duggins, SRA is a Certified Residential Appraiser. He has been with our team since 2005 and is one of our senior residential appraisers. Les specializes in subdivision analysis, employee relocation, vacant land, multi-family properties as well as replacement cost for water and sewer improvements. Les attended Limestone College. Michael Burchett, SRA joined Crider and Associates in 2008. Michael has a B.A. in history from the University of Virginia at Wise with a minor in Political Science, and an M.A. from Clemson University in History with a concentration in public policy. Michael is a designated member of the Appraisal Institute and is FHA certified. He appraises single-family residential properties and specializes in relocation and asset management appraisals. Sarah Gurney Guthrie is a Certified General appraiser and member of our commercial department. Sarah is a 2002 graduate of Clemson University with a degree in Business Management. Sarah is a candidate for designation with the Appraisal Institute. Sarah has appraised industrial, multi-family, subdivisions, offices, retail buildings, vacant land, and eminent domain projects. Andrew Stoddard, MAI entered the appraisal profession in 2005 and is a graduate of Clemson University with a degree in Accounting. Andrew is a member of our commercial
department and has appraised a wide variety of commercial properties including apartments, retail, conventional and medical office buildings, retail, and light and heavy industrial. Other assignments include litigation and eminent domain projects. He has also performed absorption analysis for speculative and existing residential and commercial developments. Carmen Solesbee Putnam is a member of our residential department. She appraises single family and multi-family properties with an emphasis on Fannie Mae services. Carmen is a candidate for designation with the Appraisal Institute. She is a graduate of the University of South Carolina with degrees in Real Estate and Marketing. Cole Morris – Cole is a 2009 graduate from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Real Estate.Cole is a member of the commercial department and has appraised property types that include, but are not limited to:Multi-family, Industrial, Office, Retail, Speculative Developments, and vacant land.Cole is also active in eminent domain work.He is a candidate for designation with the Appraisal Institute. Chris Harrison is a 2009 graduate of Clemson University with a degree in Landscape Architecture. With a background in local government planning and zoning, Chris joined our commercial department in July of 2012. Chris is a practicing affiliate of the Appraisal Institute.

Kaye Emsley is a graduate of Francis Marion University with a Bachelor of Science degree. She joined our Administrative Department in May of 2013. Kaye is responsible for email communications with our commercial and residential clients as well as special projects and general administrative duties. Brad Crane graduated Coker college in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a minor in Sociology. Since this time he has worked primarily in the area of social services.

Having completed the introductory classes at Greenville Tech, Brad began working at Crider & Associates in October of 2013 and will be focusing on One – Four family properties with a concentration in residential market analysis. His immediate goals are completing the education and experience requirements for certification and becoming a candidate for designation with the Appraisal Institute.

Tiffany Wedmore is a graduate of the University of Illinois and holds a Master’s Degree in City and Regional Planning from Clemson University. She worked as a transportation planner before joining the commercial department in February of 2014. Tiffany has experience working with the South Carolina Department of Transportation and local municipalities on short-term and long-term road projects, as well as the coordination of these transportation improvements with local comprehensive plans. Based on her familiarity with the road planning and construction process, she has begun appraising property related to highway improvement projects in addition to a variety of commercial properties. Tiffany completed her introductory courses at Greenville Tech and looks forward to taking additional commercial appraisal courses to become a candidate for designation with the Appraisal Institute. She is currently a practicing affiliate of the Appraisal Institute.
